R&S®DDF200M Digital direction finder

Parallel direction finding on up to 32 maritime channels with high accuracy. The R&S®DDF200M digital direction finder delivers the DF results used in vessel traffic control systems. Its high system DF accuracy is in line with IALA recommendations. The optional adaptive interference cancellation allows maritime radiocommunications antennas to be installed on the same mast as the DF antenna.

R&S®DF-ATC-S Direction finding system

The new R&S®DF-ATC-S air traffic control DF system provides accurate and reliable direction finding for civil and military airports. The R&S®DF-ATC-S system enables air traffic controllers to accurately determine the direction of an aircraft based on its radio transmissions. The DF results tell the pilot the magnetic heading toward the airport (QDM) and can be displayed on additional radar screens or maps. This helps to reduce call-sign confusion and identify responses from incorrect aircraft.

CERTIUM® VCS - Voice system for air traffic control

CERTIUM® VCS is a quad-redundant, IP based voice communications system that perfectly integrates with the entire CERTIUM® portfolio to ensure safe, secure and efficient airspace operations. It combines a state-of-the-art, flexible and resilient purely IP based architecture with strong security mechanisms. Its flexibility makes it suitable for both a small tower and a nationwide system with multiple area control centres and hundreds of controller working positions. With its advanced functionalities, CERTIUM® VCS can support a remote digital tower system or connect Area Control Centers to a virtual center, quickly and flexibly transferring responsibilities between centers and even countries.

CERTIUM® MANAGEMENT

Easy-to-use centralized management of VCS and radios provides a real-time view of the system and enables central system configuration and software management. Using multiple configurations, the system can be easily switched over to new parameters but also rolled back if needed. Central monitoring and reporting make the work of the system administrators much more efficient.
